Are you ready to make a real impact in education? We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our central services team within a dynamic Multi-Academy Trust. This is your chance to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, supporting schools and shaping the future of our workforce.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to school leaders, providing expert guidance on HR compliance, safeguarding, and best practice. You’ll lead projects that improve systems and processes, drive workforce development, and ensure our HR strategy supports educational success.

Regular travel across our schools is essential to build strong relationships and deliver on-site support. We welcome applications for Term Time and/or part time working.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in HR advisory or business partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and safeguarding requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel across multiple sites within the Trust.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience with iTrent, SCR and School Workforce Census would be a bonus but not essential.
